About the event
This support group is for parents of children any age who feel alone in their experiences of overwhelm, grief, exhaustion, and other reactions to the challenges of raising children with high mental health needs.
The group will be facilitated by Leslie Holling, ACMHC. It is currently designed as an in-person group at the Resolutions Counseling Center office in Bountiful. The group will be offered weekly, Thursdays at noon.
Cost: $15 per meeting
